Twisted Lemon Chicken

 4 Chicken Breast (tenderize first)
 1 cup olive oil (total)
 1 tbsp dried tarragon
 ½ cup Fresh herbs (ex: used basil/ cilantro/ rosemary), chopped
 1 tsp dijon mustard
 1 tbsp honey
 ½ cup Shuptrine's Twisted Marinade
 1 lemon, sliced in half
 1 tsp minced garlic

Heat your iron skillet on medium heat, then add 1-2 T olive oil. Add minced garlic; heat for 2-3 minutes being careful to not burn the garlic.

Add lemon halves in iron skillet, face down. Set on Med/to medium-high until lemon has a dark look around edge (5-7 minutes).

Remove lemons halves and set aside to rest and remove skillet from heat.

Add rest of olive juice, herbs, mustard, Twisted Marinade, and honey. Mix with a fork until well combined. Squeeze both lemons into mixture. Mix again.

Add chicken breasts to mixture in the skillet. Flip and flip again coating breasts well. Let sit for an hour or two in fridge.

Before cooking, remove breasts and put skillet on stove top on Medium/High heat to warm the skillet back up (2-4 minutes). Add your breasts to the heat. Depending on thickness of chicken breasts, cook 2-4 min per side, cover.

Serve hot with a salad and your choice of veggie side.
